Our hours are as follows: Monday: 6:00am - 7:00pm Tuesday: 6:00am - 7:00pm Wednesday: 6:00am - 7:00pm Thursday: 6:00am - 7:00pm Friday: 6:00am - 8:00pm Saturday: 6:30am - 7:00pm Sunday: Closed

We are USDA inspected and process beef, pork and lambs. We are also proud makers of Yale Bologna!
